Candidates must submit the Scholarship Application to their Guidance Office prior to March 1st. Copies of the applicant's letter of admission to the University and high school transcripts must be attached to the scholarship application.

The PDF is an Acrobat form. It provides the option to type the relevant fields and print the document to obtain the required signatures.
